These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rate to Rate website, services, and any purchases made through our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Rate to Rate is a Karachi-based fashion platform offering streetwear and everyday fashion at wholesale prices. All users must comply with local laws, and any misuse of the site or services may result in termination of access.

 

 

1. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

  • Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or device display settings.

  • Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.

2. Wholesale Policy

  • Rate to Rate operates primarily on a rate-to-rate/wholesale model. Minimum quantity requirements may apply for certain products.

  • Bulk orders may be eligible for additional discounts or offers, as per ongoing promotions.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We accept payments via COD (Cash on Delivery) and digital methods where available.

  • Full payment must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.




4. Delivery & Shipping

  • We offer fast delivery within Karachi. Delivery times typically range from 1–2 working days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) will be communicated at checkout.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes) are not the responsibility of Rate to Rate.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the wholesale nature of our pricing, returns are only accepted for defective, missing or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging for exchange.

  • To initiate a return/exchange, contact our support team via WhatsApp or the contact page.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on the Rate to Rate platform are the property of the brand and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.


7. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is used only for order processing and improving customer experience. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties, except for logistics purposes.


8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our site and effective immediately upon publication.
