Shipping Policy

At Rate to Rate, we’re committed to delivering your fashion picks quickly and reliably across Karachi. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping:

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery exclusively within Karachi.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery days are Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or once verified via phone/WhatsApp (for COD).
You’ll receive a confirmation call once your order is placed.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available across all Karachi zones.
Please ensure someone is available at the given address to receive the parcel and make the payment.

5. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery attempt fails (e.g., no response, wrong address), we’ll contact you for a re-attempt.
After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery with pictures.
We’ll replace the item or issue a resolution as per our Return Policy.
